This position is both an integral part of the team at the gym level, as well as a service provider who strives for excellently maintained spaces. Facilities management at the Bouldering Project facilities is a process of project planning and execution; kind, open, and thorough communication, intricate task management and prioritization; and the maintenance of the environments which hold and inspire the communities of a Bouldering Project gym. “
