Additional Membership Details
- **At the Plus and Premium level, the monthly payment option is only available to established and known businesses. Contact us for those enrollments. If you are a prospective or new business you will need to enroll with annual payments.
- CBJ memberships are annual commitments, by choosing monthly payments you agree to at least 12 months of payments.
- Benefits reset each year and do not accrue.
- Pro memberships are for individual professionals, and do not include business/logo/other benefits.
- Delivery of all Plus and Premium benefits may take a few business days to be sent, they are manually set up.
- Autopayments can be cancelled at any time through your account. Or contact us for help.
- Stickers can be mailed anywhere in the world, but swag packs are limited to memberships with US addresses.
- If your business is listed on multiple directory pages, your Biz/Plus/Premium membership will get your logo on them all.
- Coupon codes for your featured listings will be sent with your confirmation email. Each are handled differently, click here to learn more: featured job listing – press releases.
- Submission reminders for Grip Reports and Buyer Guides are sent via email 7-10 days before the submission deadline. Contact us if you are not receiving them.
- Press releases are usually posted within 2 business days. We can embargo to your date.
- Sponsored stories usually take up to 30 days for editing and placement. Writing support is available for $300 and adds at least another 30 days. See our full sponsored story FAQ here.
