“Routesetters functions as a member of the route setting team to create enjoyable boulders and routes for climbers of all experience levels. Routesetters are expected to set interesting, thought provoking, and challenging boulders that are not overly restrictive or inhibitive for the climber. Routsetters work individually and as a team to fulfill the goals and assignments of the Head Routesetter or Sr. Routesetter. Routesetters may also be asked to perform general facility maintenance including: wall stripping, hold washing, hold organization, wall maintenance, route tag upkeep and maintaining the hold closets.”
