“The Facility Sales Manager is responsible for managing and co-developing our sales strategy specific to facilities (gyms, training centers, etc.) around the globe. They will be responsible for maintaining a thorough understanding of Tension Climbing’s entire product line, in particular, the newly emerging BENT hold line. Operating as our primary commercial/industry professional and spokesperson, they will be expected to stay relevant and up-to-date with industry-specific developments (especially as it pertains to routesetting). This position will report to the Sales Director and (when necessary) the Managing Director. Secondarily, this position will operate as the Tension Training Center’s Head Routesetter. This is an emerging role in which the TTC Head Routsetter will be responsible for the management and development of routesetting at the TTC. “
