“The Head Coach & Team Manager is primarily responsible for mentoring Team Coaches and working as a team to coach Team Edgeworks athletes. The Head Coach & Team Manager also serves as a senior operational and strategic leader across all program locations, providing oversight beyond the responsibilities of individual location Head Coaches.

This role is responsible for coordinating administrative support for Team practices, memberships, and other events across all locations, ensuring consistency, readiness, and successful execution. The Head Coach & Team Manager leads cross-location collaboration by attending internal and external practices during the 16-week preparation period leading up to Nationals, aligning athletes, coaches, and resources to maximize performance.“
