ABOUT The Campus
The Campus Climbing and Training is an elite facility in Boulder Co that aims to provide a space for high end competition athletes to train. We have been open since January of 2025. We are home to many nationally and world ranked athletes but also provide a space for newer competitive climbers to train.
THE POSITION
We are looking to bring a route setter on to our team with competition experience either as a competitor or a route setter.
We set on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 8:00a to 4:00p and are constantly setting between v3 and v15.
You must have the ability to climb v12 or harder – competition experience required.
Pay Range: $17/hr – $20/hr depending on experience
There is possibility for additional hours at the front desk with additional benefits down the line if this is the right applicant.
