Just a few thoughts
I presume you read this email, and follow CBJ, in order to stay an informed professional in the climbing industry. One of the biggest issues facing our industry is hiring and retaining qualified staff, and central to that is compensation.
CBJ is currently running a compensation survey of gym workers – PLEASE take the survey, to help us create an important resource that helps both staff and managers.
Took the survey? Tell your co-workers! All respondents get access to the results. The more responses, the better the resource.
Survey closes May 31, so don’t wait!
Thank you,
Scott
