June 9: Curbing Ego With Curiosity (ft. Justin Wagner)

Curbing Ego With Curiosity ft Justin Wagner

In a craft like routesetting, there’s a place for taking pride in the work we do. But as any routesetting team can likely attest, it’s easy for creative ego to get out of balance. An overblown ego can make setters difficult to work with, challenging for gym members to approach, and ultimately stunt our creative growth. Fortunately, there’s an antidote that often does the trick: curiosity.

Join us as we talk with Justin Wagner about how he fosters curiosity—both for himself and on the setting team he leads—after decades of routesetting.

This webinar is ideal for all routesetters seeking to improve team dynamics.
