“In general, there are three basic follow-up emails you can send after a job interview: one to your interviewer(s) immediately after the interview, one to follow up if you haven’t heard back in a timely manner and one to stay in touch for networking purposes. In some cases, you’ll only need to send an initial thank-you note to your interviewer before they reach out to you as a gentle reminder. Other times, however, weeks may pass after your interview without a response from a potential employer and you might need to send a second follow-up.“
