1. What exactly is Onsight Pro, and why did you build it?
Onsight Pro is the cloud-based evolution of Rock Gym Pro, built to meet the needs of modern climbing gyms. It’s the result of years of thoughtful development, shaped by feedback from gyms like yours and grounded in a deep respect for the climbing community.
Like an onsight ascent, this launch required preparation, flexibility, and trust in the process. The result is a clean and intuitive interface, smart automation, and real-time functionality that helps climbing gyms operate with more confidence, speed and clarity.
2. How is Onsight Pro different from Rock Gym Pro?
Onsight Pro builds on everything you love about Rock Gym Pro but takes it further with a modern, cloud-based approach.
- You no longer need local servers or VPNs. Onsight Pro runs entirely in the cloud and works on any device with a browser.
- It features a cleaner, more intuitive design for staff and customers alike.
Customer alerts and check-ins update in real time, removing delays and manual work. - It’s built for multi-location gyms with centralized tools for management and reporting.
You’ll still find the familiar features you rely on, but now with more flexibility, better performance, and less technical maintenance.

4. How do I transition to Onsight Pro, and what happens to my data?
Transitioning from Rock Gym Pro to Onsight Pro will be a supported, guided process. We’ll help you migrate your data, train your team, and ensure everything is running smoothly.
You won’t lose your existing information. We’ll provide tools to transfer your customer records, memberships, transactions, and more. Most gyms will complete their migration and training within two weeks.
Onsight Pro is designed to make that transition as seamless as possible.
5. When will Onsight Pro be available, and what will it cost?
