Is your climbing gym business prepared for successful expansion?
Going from running one gym to two or more locations may not sound like an enormous hurdle at the outset, but many gym operators who have gone through the process might disagree.
For this webinar, we’re hosting two climbing gym operators who have had personal experience with growing their businesses into multi-location enterprises. In this informative session, they'll discuss some of the opportunities and excitement that can come with growth, while also sharing ways to navigate some of the pitfalls and stress that can also accompany expansion.
This session is intended for gym owners and operators interested in expanding their business.
Hosted by Aaron Tellier and Andrew Potter from Approach.
Aaron Tellier opened the first Climbing Collective location—a full-service facility that offers climbing, fitness and yoga to new and experienced climbers—in Longmont, CO in 2017 with two other business partners. Since then, Climbing Collective has expanded to Loveland, CO and is planning for the opening of a third location in Greeley, CO in early 2025. Climbing Collective is also hosting the UIAA Dry Tooling and Ice Climbing World Cup in Longmont in February 2025. Besides being an entrepreneur and marketer, Aaron is a Navy veteran and an avid runner. approach.app | ![]() |
