Raf joined the Lattice Team as a Coach after working at Redpoint Bristol for 3 years as a coach and instructor. He is a qualified CWA CWLA Foundation Coach and has over 9 years of personal climbing experience. Raf has climbed up to French 7c+ and Font 7A+ and has goals to sport climb up to 8b.
Moving to the Peak District, Raf hopes to get to grips with the gritsone, do more trad climbing and probably learn what he calls the “dark art of crack climbing”. Within his role at Lattice, Raf is “psyched to be working with people who are super passionate about what they do and are constantly learning and evolving”.
