Some Key Events Set: Chief 26+ comps including Woman Up 2017-2019, Beastfingers Combine, and many Spot Bouldering Series events with Open Finals; setter at many pro opens including Battle in the Bubble, Sendfest, Mammut Bouldering Championships, NE2C Bouldering Championships, Native Eyewear Bouldering Championships, (tradeshow pro open x5 years), USAC Junior Nationals (Ropes x2, Bouldering x1), JCCA Regionals, Setter Showdown in Austin, TX, and various local events.
Clinics Taught: Routesetting at 2016 Women’s Climbing Symposium in Manchester, England; 3x Woman Up setting clinics for staff and public; Setter Showdown Judge – Earth Treks Golden 2016 and LEF KY 2017; She Sets Setting Clinic KY 2017; Fountain Valley Staff Clinic 2018; setting and climbing technique clinics at multiple gyms including Rocksport in Reno, NV, City Rock in CO Springs, CO, and The Spot in Boulder, CO. Youth team coach for several years at The Spot. As head setter, recruited, trained, and mentored many new setters including several female setters.
Consulting Jobs Done: New full orders for Spot 2, Monkey House, and Fountain Valley; major consult with Tufas, various commercial gym orders and fill-ins and new-gym partial orders. Help with setting closet planning and setting department structure, tool and equipment ordering, and organization.
Setting Philosophy: Commercial and competition setting are not the same. Well constructed gym setting programs will identify and serve the unique climber groups in each gym.
