I’m Fallon Rowe, CSCS, the owner of Sage Sending Climbing Coaching. I’ve been climbing since 2003. I competed in climbing from 2004-2016, and I’ve been coaching climbing since 2013. I’ve coached multiple competitive youth teams, a collegiate team, and dozens of adult athletes through clinics and my private coaching. I was a routesetter for 7 years, and I am sponsored by Cypher Climbing, Tenaya Climbing, and HILX Eyewear.
In addition to being a NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, I have my NASM Mental Toughness Certification, and I’m currently earning a graduate degree in Sport and Performance Psychology.
Many of the athletes I coach are paraclimbers and climbers with chronic illnesses. I understand what it’s like to train around limitations or health struggles. I listen to you and your needs so we can craft the best strategy for your goals, with a combination of physical, technical, and mental training.
