Edward has a BSc (Hons) in Sport & Exercise Science, as well as an International Olympic Committee Post-Graduate Diploma in Sports Nutrition. Currently, he is a part-time PhD student, as a doctoral researcher at Sheffield Hallam University. Investigating the nutritional considerations and physiological demands of climbing.
Ed brings to the team over 5 years of experience delivering nutritional support to recreationally active and high performing athletes, including professional footballers. As well as over 2 years working more specifically within the sport of climbing and he has several published scientific papers in international peer-reviewed journals.
Within his role at Lattice Ed is most excited to help people unleash the power of food to build the strongest and healthiest versions of themselves in order to reach their goals now, and for years to come. A philosophy he uses in his own climbing too, having bouldered 7c, he hopes to stay on top form so he can soon reach his goal of bouldering 8a.
