You don’t want executives making potshot decisions without data in the modern world.
I am versatile. I come from an operations technology background in Finance and Healthcare, and I bring new ideas and enthusiasm to any organization.
I have been working in the recreation industry for close to 10 years. I still work with a major brand in Chicago and helped them grow from one location to seven.
My work in the climbing industry revolves around advanced consumer insights, forecasting, and modeling. This leads to bottom-line results using marketing, media, and technology.
My ethos is community and culture first. Still, we live in an era of “big gym.” The recreation industry has had a huge injection of capital over the past few years. It’s important to balance the needs of the investor with the needs of the community.
My work enhances executive instincts. We have seen a variety of executives and leaders in the climbing industry lead with their gut first—with more money than sense sometimes. I provide services that add value to instinct using data, math, culture, and creativity.
I have made robust data pipelines and KPIs for one of the leading data/credit score brokers in the world. I maintained award-winning services at the 6th largest hospital in the nation and saved them millions of dollars through better data practices.
I usually work directly with executives, providing effective business intelligence—actionable insights that make sense.
You will need robust data pipelines for AI tools and insights.
Let me know how I can help you and your community, large or small.
Cheers,
Ed Yu
