I head the emerging curriculum team at DataCamp which focuses on new and emerging technologies and practices. Additionally, I am a guest lecturer at University of Heidelberg for data science and machine learning.
I am interested in topics such as statistics, econometrics and machine learning (theory as well as operation) and data visualization: education and learning, business and economics, software engineering and programming (especially in Python and R), and technology.
In my research I applied statistical and econometric methods as well as machine learning techniques in the field of labor economics and survey methodology.
More specifically I investigate interactions between firms and workers such as incentives, matching firms with workers, wages and skill development.
