August 2026 — Redpoint HQ has expanded its customer-facing experience with the addition of French language support. French is now available across web storefronts, sales kiosks, customer checkout, customer profiles, booking registration, and waivers, allowing climbing gyms to serve members in both French and English from one connected platform.
The release marks an important milestone for Redpoint in Canada, where dozens of climbing gyms have already chosen the platform. As Redpoint continues to grow internationally, customer-facing language support is now available in English, French, Spanish, and German, helping gyms provide a more localized experience for the communities they serve.
“Our goal has always been to build a platform that helps climbing gyms operate more efficiently while creating a better experience for their customers,” said Tod Bloxham, CEO of Redpoint HQ. “Adding French allows us to better support climbing gyms across Canada’s French-speaking communities while continuing to build a platform that works for gyms around the world.”
One of the first gyms to adopt Redpoint’s French-language capabilities is Monolithe Escalade in Montréal, where serving customers in both French and English is part of everyday operations.
“Supporting customers in both French and English is an important part of running our gym. Redpoint has made that easy by providing a bilingual customer experience across waivers, registration, checkout, and member profiles,” said Matt Anctil, Director of Operations.
Beyond the bilingual customer experience, Matt says Redpoint’s automation has also changed the way the gym operates day to day.
“The platform helps us spend less time on administrative work and more time focusing on our members. So much now happens automatically in the background. Processes that used to depend on staff remembering every step are now handled automatically.”
French language support is the latest addition to Redpoint HQ’s customer-facing experience, which continues to evolve through regular customer-driven improvements and new features.
For Monolithe Escalade, that pace of development has become one of Redpoint’s biggest strengths.
“One thing we really appreciate is how quickly Redpoint continues to evolve. They’re constantly improving existing features, fixing issues, and introducing new capabilities. Just as important, they genuinely listen to customer feedback. We’ve seen our suggestions taken seriously and, in some cases, become part of the platform.”
With French now joining English, Spanish, and German across Redpoint’s customer-facing experience, climbing gyms can provide a more consistent experience for their members while continuing to manage memberships, retail, programs, marketing, reporting, and operations from one connected platform.
