Many of us have ambitions to scale our climbing gym business footprint. Opening number 2 (or 3, or 4) is very different from opening your first gym. In this seminar we will talk about general considerations for scaling your business, what you should make sure you are doing really well before you scale, and the major hurdles to scaling.
