Montreal, May 2026 — Lemur Design, the world’s leading manufacturer of adjustable climbing walls with 550+ installations across 26 countries, has launched of its new generation of commercial walls — a complete redesign of its flagship product line.
Between 2024 and 2025, Lemur’s engineering team undertook a full structural overhaul with one guiding question: how do you build a better product and make it more accessible at the same time?
The answer required rethinking everything — from component architecture to production process.

What changed:
The new generation reduces unique parts from 170 to 47, resulting in walls that are 12 to 21% more affordable depending on configuration, significantly more rigid, and installable in a single day without specialized tools.
For the first time, the wall also tilts to +5° slab — opening training spaces to beginners, children, and rehabilitation programs alongside competitive athletes.

What didn’t change:
Full compatibility with all major connected systems — Tension, Moon, So iLL, Kilter — and Lemur’s commitment to manufacturing entirely in Montreal.
The new generation is already installed in 3 pilot gyms in France. You are welcome to visit a reference site — contact us to arrange it.

“We didn’t redesign our walls because something was wrong. We did it because we knew we could do better — and make it accessible to more gyms in the process.”
