“We are looking for a Head Routesetter to ensure our climbing offerings meet the diverse needs of our community. In this role, you will work closely with the Gym Management, Director of Routesetting and the Assistant Head Routesetter to manage the setting program at one of Canada’s largest climbing gyms. The facility you will manage has about 100 stations of top rope, lead and autobelay climbs. Walls are up to 49 feet in height and there are also several hundred linear feet of bouldering. Wall angles are very diverse.”
