For those who work in the climbing industry—for gyms, suppliers or other businesses—our big week is almost here.

Climbing professionals from around the globe will be convening in Salt Lake City, Utah, next month for this year’s CWA Summit, the event’s second edition in the city. Since 2007, the Climbing Wall Association has organized this annual gathering—which provides a combination of professional development, networking, and an expo hall filled with a multitude of the latest and greatest goods for climbing walls. Want to build a climbing gym? Manage a gym, or work at one? There is something at the 2025 CWA Summit for you.

2025 CWA Summit

This year’s CWA Summit will be held at the Salt Palace Convention Center in downtown Salt Lake City on April 14-18. The days prior will be filled with certification events and pre-conferences—opportunities for in-depth learning across a spectrum of topics.

It’s not too late to attend! It’s best to register in advance to save time and money. Once online registration is closed, walk-up registration is available with day passes. There are room deals still available at the Hyatt Regency Salt Lake City.
