Just a few thoughts
Formal training – whatever your industry – is a tried-and-true path to career stability and professional development. The opportunities for this in the climbing industry are fairly limited, so when the chance comes up, you gotta jump on it. That’s the case next month in Chicago, and in October in Montreal. The CWA is hosting their Certification Summit, a place where instructors and routesetters can learn and earn credentials that will carry through their career.
