Just a few thoughts
The largest comp in the US is about to go down in Portland – good luck kids, and thank you to all the setters, coaches, volunteers and other support for Youth Nationals, it’s a big lift. This week below a few interesting explorations of our culture and industry and crags.
Also one of our team at CBJ needs a big shout out. Joe Robinson has been with us for 8 years, and has done “all the things”. But over the past few years he has applied his econ degree and wicked smarts to build some next-level data tools for our industry (see our Market Report/Dashboard, and Gyms & Trends Dashboard). This week we released his third major contribution – our Compensation Report & Dashboard – and he has outdone himself, again. If you haven’t noticed, CBJ has been building our data muscles, and it’s because of him. Thank you Joe! We’re lucky to work with you!
