ELDORADO

Eldorado Climbing is now producing DIY Boulders: freestanding climbing structures designed to bring real bouldering to facilities without the cost and complexity of a custom build. Each boulder ships flat-packed and can be assembled with a  small team and basic tools, eliminating the need for specialized contractors or heavy equipment. Available in three sizes ranging from 200sqft to 400sqft of wall surface, 8ft to 12ft tall, and footprints from 5.5ft x 8ft to 11.5ft x 9ft. Starting at $12,000.

LEMUR

Lemur Design has launched their newest generation of adjustable climbing walls. The full engineering redesign extends the angle range to include +5° slab, is more rigid with 1 inch wood panels, has many fewer unique parts which reduces both cost and installation time, the electronics are CE certified, and they have a 2 year warranty. Starting at $12,500

TRANGO

Recently Trango has released two new products: Their StarDrive  Black Star T25 ($10.95) gives routesetters a torx bit without needing to remove the hex bit—it slides onto either 5/16″ or 8mm hex bits and has a magnetic connection. And the Quantum Alpine Draw ($27.95) combines their ultra-light, full-strength Quantum carabiners with their new 60cm At⌀mic sling—intended for trad, alpine, and ski mountaineering.

WALLTOPIA

The new Quantum Belay Board is now available from Walltopia, a full-height roped climbing training wall built for auto belays. The lower panel is 10° while the upper panel adjusts from 10° to 30°, and both share the same Quantum Board XL 15 x 15 holds layout. Powered by their ewalls app, the wall has a multi-climber mode with 3 climbing lines and displays up to 4 routes at a time. Starting at $111,660 with “early bird” pricing of $78,160 for the first 100 walls. This includes flooring, but not shipping or installation.

They’ve added a thumb loop with expanded contact surfaces for the trigger and thumb loop grip areas, as well as an extendable sling (up to 20cm) using their Flow Cord for a seamless core-mantle construction that removes rigid bartack, which has a built-in wear indicator.
