“Our Facilities Associates are critical team members who are responsible for maintaining two of our gyms in a given region while also helping at other gyms on an as needed basis. They partner with the Director team to ensure that the gym is in excellent condition at all times and are expected to prioritize emergency repairs as needed. In addition, they also serve as the point of contact for larger capital projects and investments in their gym. This position will report to the Assistant Facilities Director for the West.“
