Just a few thoughts
Indoor climbing has come a long way since our earliest roots 40 years ago. Walls and holds and all the equipment we use is always evolving. Careers have become possible in routesetting, coaching, and gym management. Our sport and industry organizations have grown up around us. And the facilities themselves have continually morphed, with new business models still being explored. Bit of all that this week.
