I’m a competitive climber, route setter, and mechanical engineer who has spent over a decade immersed in the sport. Most recently, I took a leading role in the buildout of one of the largest modern collegiate climbing walls in the country, overseeing everything from hold selection and supplier coordination to design collaboration, routesetting, and writing standard operating procedures.

Every wall has its own identity, but the underlying systems that keep it thriving are surprisingly consistent. My work now is helping gyms and universities put those systems in place early so they can focus on what matters most: creating vibrant climbing communities.
