We’re Hiring: Three new opportunities to make a difference
At Access Fund, we are on a mission to protect America’s outdoor climbing areas. And we have three exciting opportunities to join our team and make a difference.
We’re looking for three pairs of Climber Stewards to serve as a critical link between the climbing community and best practices for Leave No Trace while climbing. This is a chance to live in and explore one of three iconic climbing destinations while helping to preserve it for current and future generations.
Indian Creek Climber Stewards, Utah
Red River Gorge Climber Stewards, Kentucky
New River Gorge Climber Stewards, West Virginia
Climber Stewards will learn and develop skills in recreation management, resource protection, education and outreach, public land management, and more. Stewards in Indian Creek and the Red River Gorge will also have the option to work alongside Conservation Teams doing trail work. If you have a passion for protecting climbing areas and love engaging and educating other climbers, this is a great chance to make a difference.
Deadline to apply is January 26th. Positions are open on a rolling basis until filled. You may apply for more than one location opening. Please note your location interest(s) in your application.
