Join UNC Health and it’s One Great Team! UNC Wellness Centers is hiring a Climbing Wall Coordinator to oversee climbing wall operations, staff, safety, and member programming.
Schedule: Onsite, variable schedule to include day, evening, and weekend shifts.
Key responsibilities: Supervise daily operations and staff, provide instruction, maintain safety and equipment standards, support programming, and deliver excellent customer service.
Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in a related field, Climbing Wall Instructor Certification Level 1 and 2 or ability to obtain within 3–6 months, and climbing wall operations experience.
Salary Range: $18.84 – $26.77 per hour
Pay offers are determined by experience and internal equity
