Method is looking to hire an experienced part time routesetter. This position is ideal for someone looking to work on a team that values creativity, quality and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Set boulder problems with attention to detail, creative movement and a quality user experience across a range of skill levels.
- Forerun in a team environment where communication is key.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.
- Be available for any competitions/events that Method is hosting.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of commercial routesetting experience.
- Ability to forerun V9+ in all styles.
- Comfortable setting a variety of climbing styles from V0-V10.
- Strong communication skills and ability to provide and receive feedback.
Compensation
- $25-30/hr based on experience.
- Part time – 24 hrs/week. (M/W/Th)
