We’re a multi-location climbing gym looking for someone to take ownership of retail operations across our gyms. This role exists to ensure the right products are in the right places, selling consistently—without requiring day-to-day direction from Operations Managers.
You will start by executing a defined retail playbook, then grow into full ownership of inventory decisions and vendor relationships.
What This Role Owns
- In-stock rates across all gyms
- Sell-through of retail inventory
- Execution of retail playbook without oversight
- Identification and action on underperforming products

- Monitor inventory levels across all locations and ensure core items stay in stock
- Execute product cycling, restocks, and markdowns based on playbook triggers
- Identify slow-moving or aging inventory and take action within defined timelines
- Submit and track purchase orders and maintain vendor communication
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and oversee cycle counts
- Ensure retail displays and product availability meet company standards
- Report weekly on stock risks and slow movers

- Recommend product changes, promotions, and purchasing decisions as you ramp
