Portland Rock Gym is looking for dedicated and motivated setters to join the team at their Portland and Beaverton locations. Whether you’re an experienced routesetter or looking to launch your setting career, you’ll play a key role in shaping high-quality boulder and rope climbs across both full-service gyms. Full-time setters work four days on the wall plus an admin or maintenance day, while entry-level setters receive hands-on training and mentorship designed to build a long-term career in routesetting. Both roles contribute to events, competitions, and the vibrant climbing community that defines PRG.
