Boulder, Colorado’s iconic bouldering gym, The Spot, is going to Denver to open their second location. The new facility will feature bouldering walls up to 18 feet tall that will occupy two‐thirds of the 19,000 square foot building. “In addition to climbing, the new facility will have the latest climber training tools, a robust workout area, and free classes for members,” the company stated in a press release.
The Spot, which opened in 2002 was one of the first dedicated bouldering facilities in the US and proved the model for the countless bouldering gyms that have followed in their footsteps.
