AI is already taking nearly every industry by storm, and the technology is likely to become even more influential in the future. For some, the speed at which AI is transforming work is anxiety-inducing. Research by the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development predicts automation technologies will eliminate up to 14% of the world’s job by 2045 and radically change an additional 32%, with AI driving a significant portion of this change. This transformation is likely to affect up to 1 billion people globally and could cause a foundational restructuring of work everywhere. “
