Seattle Bouldering Project is hiring a Manager of Programs to develop, direct, and manage all aspects of programming at the assigned location. Programs at Bouldering Project empower participants to embrace growth, build climbing skills, and gain community and connection through creative curriculums that combine climbing, fun, and games. This role oversees youth programs, summer camps, youth groups, birthday parties, and school partnerships, ensuring a supportive environment where climbing is accessible for everyone.

Bouldering Project Poplar is seeking a part-time Routesetter to work consistently two days per week as part of the North Team, servicing the University, Fremont, and Upper Wall gyms. The North Team sets four days a week (Mon/Tue/Thu/Fri), and the role will include two of those days. Routesetters are responsible for delivering Bouldering Project’s vision of a best-in-class climbing experience through creativity, craftsmanship, and collaboration. The ideal candidate values teamwork, professionalism, and community, and brings a growth mindset and passion for climbing to their work.
