As the General Manager of High Point Birmingham, you’ll lead one of the Southeast’s premier indoor climbing facilities, fostering a welcoming and vibrant community for climbers of all levels. You’ll oversee day-to-day operations—including staffing, scheduling, payroll, facility upkeep, and retail management—while ensuring the highest standards of safety, cleanliness, and customer experience. Beyond operations, you’ll play a key role in building community by supporting events, competitions, and outreach initiatives that strengthen member engagement and grow High Point’s presence in Birmingham. Working closely with corporate leadership, you’ll help guide marketing strategy, identify business development opportunities, and contribute to financial planning. This role is ideal for a dynamic leader who’s passionate about climbing, thrives on building teams, and is dedicated to making climbing accessible for everyone.
