The General Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of the facility, operations, and programming at Columbus Rocks. The GM oversees the management team; facilitates, supports, and helps train employees at the gym; and is responsible for routesetting and running the routesetting team on a weekly basis. The GM is also responsible for the continued growth, development, and implementation of systems, business development, programming, and safety at the facility. It is with the utmost importance that the GM establishes and maintains a culture of safety, respect, learning, and collaboration among the gyms’ staff and community.“
