Job Description: Routesetter
Hours: Part Time
Compensation: $16 – 18
Location: Latham, NY
We are looking for a passionate, self-motivated candidate to be a part of our setting team.
Our new bouldering facility provides adult and youth programs in an inclusive, and welcoming community.
Hudson Boulders is the first New York location for the Climbing Collective; A Philadelphia-based group focused on the continued development of rock-climbing/alternative fitness facilities throughout the Eastern seaboard.

We currently own and operate the Philadelphia Rock Gyms, which has five locations operating in the Philadelphia area, and Inner Peaks, which has two locations in the Charlotte area. We are rapidly growing and need quality employees to add to our team.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
As the Routesetter, you will contribute to the route setting team for Hudson Boulders. Our routesetting is our product, and you will uphold the highest standards for quality and safety. You will be part of a team who will all work toward the same goal; to create the best climbing experience for everyone.

WHAT YOU HAVE
- Prior experience with route setting required.
- Ability to set and forerun up to 5.13a/b and V9+ preferred
- Able to lift heavy loads (50+lbs) and regularly complete physically strenuous labor.
