ROUTE SETTER
ROUTESETTING DUTIES
Weekly Duties and Responsibilities:
- Set boulders that meet and exceed expectations of head routesetter.
- Maintain existing routes (i.e., replace route tags, tape, and broken holds, fix spinners, etc…)
- Organize and maintain the cleanliness of route setting storage areas.
- Observing members of the community to receive feedback.
REQUIREMENTS
- Strong understanding of climbing movement.
- Minimum one year commercial setting experience.
- Ability to forerun V8/5.13.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Professional, punctual, thoughtful, and enthusiastic.
- Experience using power tools (drill, grinder, sawzall, etc)
PAY
- Starting at $20.00/hr, commensurate on experience and qualifications
