The Marketing Coordinator – Digital Communications & Campaign Performance plays a key role in executing EP Climbing’s global marketing strategy through digital communications, campaign coordination, media outreach, and event support.
Working as part of the global marketing communications team, this role focuses on the operational execution of digital marketing initiatives and the coordination of campaigns across regions. The position manages content delivery across digital platforms, supports media communications, and administers digital advertising campaigns including Google Ads. The role monitors campaign performance tracks key metrics, and compiles insights to help improve reach, engagement, lead generation, and return on marketing investment, ensuring consistent and measurable execution of EP’s global marketing strategy.
The position also supports North American marketing initiatives, coordinating regional activities such as trade shows, media relations, partner activations, and communications aligned with the EP USA business development team. Through strong execution and performance tracking, the role contributes to EP Climbing’s commercial growth by helping marketing initiatives generate visibility, engagement, and qualified leads for the global business development teams.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Digital Communications Execution
Coordinate and publish digital marketing communications across website, newsletters, and social platforms.
Draft and edit marketing content supporting campaigns, product launches, and company initiatives.
Ensure consistent messaging and brand voice across communications.
Support scheduling and publishing global content.
Digital Advertising Coordination & Performance Monitoring
Execute and manage digital advertising campaigns including Google Ads and related platforms.
Coordinate campaign setup including asset uploads, keyword implementation, copy updates, and budget tracking.
Monitor campaign performance metrics including traffic, conversions, and cost efficiency.
Prepare performance reports and identify opportunities to improve targeting, messaging, and campaign effectiveness.
Collaborate with the global network of marketing coordinators to review results and share insights to optimize digital marketing performance.
Digital Marketing & Analytics Competencies
Experience managing or supporting digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads or similar platforms).
Ability to interpret campaign performance data and identify opportunities to improve targeting, messaging, and return on marketing investment.
Familiarity with marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, advertising dashboards, or similar reporting platforms.
Comfortable compiling performance reports and communicating insights to marketing and business development teams.
Media Relations & PR Support
Assist with preparation and distribution of press releases and media communications.
Maintain contact lists for industry media and publications.
Support announcements related to product launches, partnerships, and corporate initiatives.
Monitor industry media coverage and compile summaries.
Campaign & Marketing Execution
Support execution of global marketing campaigns and product launches.
Coordinate marketing assets and timelines across regions.
Support business development teams and distributors with marketing materials and communications.
Trade Shows & Events (U.S.)
Coordinate logistics and marketing preparation for U.S. trade shows and industry events.
Manage event materials, booth assets, and marketing deliverables.
Support on-site marketing execution and post-event follow-up.
Marketing Operations
Maintain marketing templates, presentations, and sales support materials.
Assist with coordination of marketing timelines and cross-regional deliverables.
Support tracking and reporting of marketing performance metrics across campaigns and channels.
Maintain documentation of marketing activities, campaigns, and outcomes.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
3–6 years of experience in marketing coordination or execution roles
Experience supporting international or multi-market organizations
Experience with digital marketing platforms and campaign reporting
Familiarity with trade shows, events, and campaign execution
Experience working with sales teams or distributor networks is a plus
SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:
Strong organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple marketing initiatives simultaneously.
Clear written communication and content editing skills across digital platforms and marketing materials.
Experience supporting or managing digital marketing campaigns, including platforms such as Google Ads or similar advertising tools.
Ability to interpret campaign performance data and compile insights to support marketing optimization and decision-making.
Comfortable working within established brand guidelines while ensuring consistency across communications.
Strong attention to detail and ability to coordinate marketing assets, timelines, and deliverables across teams.
Collaborative, execution-focused mindset with the ability to work effectively across global teams and time zones.
Proficiency with common marketing and digital tools (CMS platforms, email marketing systems, analytics dashboards, or similar).
Fluent in English; additional languages strongly preferred.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Office-based role with option for hybrid (1 day/wk) after 90 days. Occasional travel may be required for trade shows and events.
Pay: $60,000.00 – $72,000.00 per year
