As an instructor at The Gravity Vault Montclair, a bouldering and fitness facility, you will work directly under the supervision of the management team to ensure a consistent positive customer experience is reached on a daily basis.
Job responsibilities include:
-Using our POS system to check in customers and answer any questions they may have in person or over the phone.
-Assisting customers with membership and retail sales.
-Instructing private sessions, youth and adult classes, parties and summer camp.
-Ensuring safety of both staff and customers within the facility.
-Maintaining cleanliness of the facility by assisting with opening and closing cleaning procedures.
Requirements:
-Must be a minimum of 16 years of age.
-Weekday and weekend availability.
-Strong communication and customer service skills.
-Climbing experience is a plus but not required. We’ll teach you everything you need to know.
-Experience working with kids is strongly preferred.
Compensation & Benefits:
