Shift Supervisor
As a Shift Leader at The Gravity Vault, you will lead the charge in providing a friendly, organized rock climbing experience for all of our patrons. You will oversee the smooth operation of the front desk, ensure that safety standards are being met out on the climbing floor, and provide guidance to instructors.

Job Responsibilities Include:
Oversee facility and front desk operations and flow of activities
Manage Instructors
Provide top-notch customer service
Take bookings and final payments for events and large groups
Serve as a role model and provide leadership for all staff
Collaborate with management to communicate gym policies, procedures, and updates to staff
Engage with members and the community to provide support, identify opportunities for improvement, and foster a vibrant and motivating culture
Handle member and guest complaints, issues, and concerns effectively and efficiently
Proactively manage risks and respond to safety and/or injuries swiftly and according to protocol
Manage and organize retail sales and appearance

Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years old
Prior experience in a retail or fitness environment
Strong Customer Service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong leadership skills
FIRST AID / CPR
