We are seeking a friendly, dependable team member who genuinely loves climbing and enjoys working with kids. Applicants must have experience coaching and leading youth classes and be confident creating a fun, encouraging, and safe environment for young climbers.
Front desk responsibilities include welcoming members and guests, maintaining a clean and organized facility, assisting with daily operations, and proactively identifying and completing projects that help the gym run smoothly. The ideal person is personable, self-motivated, attentive, and excited to contribute to our climbing community.
