This data dashboard is the first of its kind covering compensation in the climbing gym industry and is based on two CBJ surveys that ran in late 2024 and again in 2026, which received a combined 1,590 responses from employees in 38 countries. The dynamic dashboard empowers you to dive into the data, with nearly 40 pages of interactive visuals and filters, providing a snapshot into what professionals around the industry are earning.
