The Head Coach will play a major role in creating that pathway.

- Communicate regularly with parents regarding athlete progress

- Previous climbing coaching experience
- Experience working with youth athletes
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of competition climbing and training methodologies
- A passion for mentoring young climbers
- Ability to build relationships with athletes and families
- Current SafeSport certification (or willingness to obtain)
- USAC coaching experience is a plus
Compensation
This is a full-time salaried position.
Salary will be based on experience and will include performance-based raises tied directly to youth program participation and growth benchmarks.
As the team grows, your compensation grows alongside it.
Why Join MoCo?
This isn’t just another coaching position.
You’ll have the opportunity to build a program from the ground up, shape its culture, develop future competitive climbers, and leave a lasting impact on our community. If you’ve ever wanted the freedom to create the youth program you’ve always envisioned—with the support of gym ownership behind you—we’d love to hear from you.
