Every Olympic and Paralympic Games is built by more than its athletes. It takes thousands of people behind the scenes to turn a global event into a moment people remember for the rest of their lives.
Applications are officially open for the LA28 Volunteer Crew. Up to 60,000 volunteers will help power the 2028 Olympic and Paralympic Games and you can raise your hand to be one of them. Whether you want to be in the middle of the action or supporting from the sidelines, there’s a role that fits you.
What to Know
- You don’t have to live in LA. Most roles are based in Los Angeles but the crew stretches across the country, with volunteers supporting the Games in cities nationwide.
- Roles span eight categories. Communications, ceremonies, driving, operations, experience, sport, medical, and technology. A handful of roles look for specific skills, like medical training or language fluency.
