Over two days, attendees will work side by side with an experienced team of USA Climbing National Head Routesetters, an IFSC routesetter and former World Cup winner, and one of Japan’s top national routesetters to build full simulation rounds of boulders.
This workshop focuses on how different leadership styles impact the setting process and final product, and how to structure simulation rounds to maximize value for competitive climbing teams. Participants will collaborate on creating team-centered rounds while exploring practical leadership approaches within a high-performance setting environment.
