This data dashboard is the first of its kind covering compensation in the climbing gym industry and is based on a CBJ survey that ran from November 29 to December 31, 2024, which received 888 responses from employees in 25 countries. The dynamic dashboard empowers you to dive into the data, with over 30 pages of interactive visuals and filters, providing a snapshot into what professionals around the industry are earning.
