EP CLIMBING
EP Climbing recently began offering eucalyptus wall panels to expand the options of sustainable materials for new climbing facilities. In response to the 2022 European sanctions that hit Russian and Belarusian timber, their R&D team spent several years developing eucalyptus panels that would match birch’s performance while supporting responsible forestry practices. The result meets rigorous testing standards (EN 12572-1/2/3), carries FSC® certification, and has equivalent performance to other EP walls, from traction and impact resistance to structural and dimensional stability.

Users can set goals of how many routes of each grade they would like in a given zone, rope type (lead, auto belay, top rope) or sector, and then they can analyze how well the team hit those goals. Pricing begins at €85/mo billed annually.
